New breakthroughs in ethylene glycol system and polytetrahydrofuran projects of Henan energy and chemical group

new breakthroughs have been made in three industrial structure adjustment projects of Henan energy and chemical group

first, the dimethyl carbonate unit of Anyang ethylene glycol system successfully opened up the production system process and produced qualified dimethyl carbonate products. The design capacity of the device is 10000 tons/year, with a total investment of 30 million yuan. The 3D printing of dimethyl carbonate using environmental friendly plastics can also realize the localization of product production. It is used as methylation agent and carbonylation agent in chemical synthesis, and is widely used in the fields of food antioxidant, plant protective agent and so on

Second, the project with an annual output of 60000 tons of polytetrahydrofuran and the industrial test project with an annual output of 3000 tons of succinic anhydride have passed the mechanical completion acceptance. Among them, the investment estimate of the project with an annual output of 60000 tons of polytetrahydrofuran is 970 million yuan, which is produced by the internationally advanced and mature acetic anhydride alcoholysis process technology of PTG company in Korea. The investment estimate of the pilot project for the industrialization of succinic anhydride with an annual output of 3000 tons is 90 million yuan. It is produced by using the domestic advanced technology jointly developed by Shanxi University and Henan energy and chemical industry group research institute. After the mechanical completion of the above two industrial restructuring projects, the group will produce qualified products by the end of November this year, which are mainly used in the production and manufacturing of industrial products such as tires, coatings, artificial leather, film, food processing additives and the synthesis of medicine, esters and resins
