The current situation and development trend of China's food and packaging machinery industry (IV)
2. In addition, the cold sterilization technology developed in the late 1980s has been applied abroad, including ultra-high sterilization, ultra-high voltage pulsed electric field sterilization, strong magnetic pulse sterilization, pulsed strong light sterilization, microwave sterilization, radiation sterilization, ultraviolet sterilization, ozone sterilization, ultrasonic sterilization In addition, biological preservation technology, active packaging technology, shed (barrier) technology, membrane separation technology and antibacterial packaging technology are the latest technologies in food processing and packaging. Food ultra-high pressure processing technology is known as a revolution in the food industry, and today's world's leading-edge technology. Cold sterilization means physical sterilization, which is a new technology in modern times. In order to maintain the physiological activity of food functional components and maintain the color, aroma, taste and nutritional components of food, it is very necessary to adopt cold sterilization technology in the design and manufacture of food packaging machinery. In China, colleges and universities have begun to work in this area, but there have been no reports of practical technology There are eye-catching warning signs such as "high voltage danger" and "no admittance"; There will be huge space for the development and application of technology. 5、 Problems in the industry
(I) low R & D funds and weak technical force
national R & D funds account for only 0.2%-0.3% of enterprise sales revenue, and R & D personnel account for only 3.5%-4% of employees. Some enterprises are mainly mapping and copying similar products at home and abroad, without their own R & D strength, with little R & D investment, and only rely on low-cost competition
(II) too many low-level repetitions
the so-called low-level products refer to machines with low technical content, simple manufacturing process and low precision requirements for processing equipment. Most enterprises rely on this product to start, some enterprises rely on low-level products to accumulate funds and experience, and move towards medium and high-end products, while some enterprises are stagnant, making a small fortune. The products with relatively concentrated low-level repetitive production are automatic sealing machines, single knife sealing machines, small filling machines, cup sealing machines, small bowl filling machines, small coding and ticket printing machines, small meat processing machines, small grain and oil processing machines, small flour mills, small potato flour mills, small dry laminating machines, etc. These machines, which made great contributions to the food and packaging industry in the early 1980s, are still in demand, But most users are unknown, and some even specialize in producing counterfeit products
(III) lack of scientific and technological strength in the industry
the industry is not big. There are more than 80 colleges and universities related majors and scientific research institutions, which can be said to be not weak. However, the current situation is that the research institute is busy generating income and ensuring jobs, and some are like a factory, only busy with processing, production and marketing; Some want to do research without funds; Some users who have technology but can't find intermediate experiments, and the production enterprises are unwilling to pay and take risks, so that the production, learning and research are disconnected, and the strong technical force has not played its due role when it is in good condition without trial run. At present, the world's cutting-edge cold sterilization technology has not entered the application and research stage in China. It is not enough to talk about cold sterilization only to start the production of cold filling equipment
(IV) lack of international trade personnel
the first performance is that there is no professional import and export company in this industry in China. Now the export of more than 300 million US dollars is mostly done by enterprises themselves. After the double corrugated board is cut, place an order with a company with export rights. There are also... - some import and export companies meet customers who want food packaging machinery. They are confused to accept orders and make inquiries after returning home. The second aspect is enterprise trickery; Enterprises that understand import and export business and export 3million dollars a year do not even have a foreign language spoken talent. Do not understand the international market, only adhere to the "domestic price plus 30% export" in terms of quotation, and even lose the trust of users due to the low quotation. Some of them lose money on after-sales service when the quotation is low, which leads to tricky after-sales service; OK. Some enterprises bring low-cost competition to international trade
(V) poor adaptability
with the change of food processing technology, the machinery should change, but the basic principle and main structure remain unchanged. The change of packaging machinery is more prominent. The shape, size and barrier requirements of the packaged goods are ever-changing. It can be said that each packaging machine is a "non-standard" model, and each customer has different order requirements. Therefore, food and packaging machinery manufacturing enterprises must have certain technical strength to meet the needs of daily production. Some foreign enterprises use modular design to solve this problem. Enterprises can combine various action modes according to the different requirements of users to form a new model, but modularization requires a lot of analysis, research, design and experiments in advance, which consumes human and financial resources, and cannot see benefits in the short term. Many enterprises are unable to do it. Generally, it is a temporary way to design for users, Often also affects the delivery date
